The research laboratory for Post graduate students has several automated instruments in a separate air-conditioned instrument room which are regularly used to perform structured laboratory experiments. The Instrument Room is well equipped with various sophisticated instruments like UV spectrophotometer, FT-IR spectrometer, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph and amongst several other commonly used equipment. The department is involved in diversified activities, including active involvement in industrial research projects.
